These terms cover use of the stackgb.com website. They do not constitute an engagement or contract for services — any client engagement is governed by a separate statement of work agreed directly with you.

Content on this site — including copy, diagrams, and code samples — is provided for informational purposes and reflects our general approach, not a guarantee of specific outcomes for any given engagement. Figures presented as commitments (uptime targets, response times) are standards we build to, and are confirmed contractually in each statement of work.

You may browse and use this site for its intended purpose — learning about our services and getting in touch. You may not use it to submit false or malicious information, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or obligation on either side. It's a request for a conversation. Any resulting engagement is defined separately, in writing.

If you submit a review through a StackGB invite link, you confirm the content is honest and that you are authorised to share it. By accepting the review form terms, you grant StackGB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish your review — including your name, job title, company name, rating, project or engagement label, and quote — on stackgb.com (including the homepage and related pages about our work) and in related materials that describe our services.

We may lightly edit for length, clarity, or formatting, but we will not change the meaning of what you wrote. We may choose not to publish a review, or to unpublish one later, at our discretion. You can ask us to stop using or remove a published review via our contact form; we will act within a reasonable time. How we handle the personal data in a review is set out in our Privacy Policy.

This site is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is free of error at all times.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
